About the team

CareScope360 was founded by Kevin Mills, RN, and Brendan O'Mara, longtime friends who bring complementary clinical and technical expertise to one of the most persistent challenges in senior living: RN delegation management and regulatory compliance.

Kevin is an experienced senior living RN consultant with extensive hands-on expertise in assisted living and memory care operations, including RN delegations, assessments, regulatory standards, and survey readiness. His work centers on building practical, defensible processes that support safe care delivery while withstanding regulatory scrutiny. Brendan is a longtime entrepreneur and technology consultant with a background in software systems, process automation, and designing tools that replace manual tracking with structured, reliable workflows.

Kevin and Brendan have been friends since age 14, bonding over computers in the early 1990s and later applying that same problem-solving mindset to complex operational challenges. CareScope360 reflects the deliberate convergence of clinical insight and software discipline, built to transform RN delegations from a high-risk administrative burden into a managed, auditable, and sustainable operational process.

Supported by a focused team of developers, the founders continue expanding CareScope360's delegation and compliance capabilities, with the long-term goal of supporting tracking and regulatory systems across all 50 states.
